DEMONSTRATIONS PRODUCT MENU | LOW NOISE DEMONSTRATION
What usually makes images unusable when they are captured in very low light situations is the amount of “noise” that they carry. Noise occurs when AGC (Automatic Gain Control) attempts to compensate if the video signal is weak, but it is usually the graininess and snow-type effects that render an image unusable before the actual darkness does. If this noise can be removed, the images will still be usable even at very low light levels. Samsung’s Super Noise Reduction technology – SSNR, makes images cleaner and sharper by eliminating high levels of noise created when lighting levels are low. | |||||
